Mount Olivet Rolling Acres employs over 400 people in a variety of positions. Our staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for the people we serve.
Our staff is:
- Well-Educated. Our staff holds a variety of academic degrees and regularly attend continuing education training session to stay current with developments in their professional fields.
- Committed. We are proud of the longevity of our staff, many of whom have been with Mount Olivet Rolling Acres for over 25 years. New staff come to us with excellent credentials and extensive work experience.
- Respected. As recognized experts in their professions, many of our staff are called on to share their expertise at regional and national events.
- Experienced. The experience of Mount Olivet Rolling Acres staff members is valued by other caregivers and professionals who care for people with developmental and other disabilities. Our staff lead educational training sessions at our campus in Victoria and at other venues.
